For a quickie lunch, I made the wraps from
What We Cook (page 74), but instead of flour tortillas I used g-free corn tortillas. I warmed the tortillas in my vegetable steamer, which worked really well, and held the tortillas warm for second servings. This wrap tastes different on corn tortillas, but I think I like them even better. So many of my favorite recipes I can't make anymore, so it was nice to revise this one and like it!
